Shipping & Returns
Your preparedness journey starts the moment you order.
Shipping Information
Operation Prepare™ ships orders Monday through Friday with tracking numbers provided for every order.
All shipping for orders within the United States ships FREE. We believe preparedness should be accessible, so we've built the cost of domestic shipping into our pricing.
For international customers, we ship via standard international carrier with fees calculated at checkout based on your shipping location. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes which will be billed separately by your local jurisdiction.
Important: We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
Digital Products
All purchases that include digital access (Digital Course Companion, digital editions, downloadable resources) will be delivered via email to the address used at checkout. Digital access is provided immediately upon order confirmation, so you can begin your preparedness journey while your physical binder is in transit.

We are deeply committed to your family's preparedness and confident in the quality of the Operation Prepare™ system. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To Initiate a Return:
1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
3. Items must be returned in original condition.
4. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Digital products and course access are non-refundable once accessed.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your binder arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will replace it at no additional cost.
